  • If you buy through a third‑party marketplace, that platform’s terms, fees, payment processing, shipping, and refund policies apply to your order. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the platform’s policies, the platform’s policies will govern for that order.

  • All artwork, images, text, and logos on the Site are owned by or licensed to Floating World Art and protected by applicable laws. Do not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
